The Best Beginnings Child Care Scholarship

The Early Childhood Services Bureau (ECSB) offers Best Beginnings child care scholarships (BBCCS) to qualified low-income families whose child receives care from a licensed child care center, licensed group or family child care home, or Family, Friend, and Neighbor (FFN) child care provider.

There are experienced and compassionate Eligibility Specialists at Child Care Connections that are available to assist you through the process of applying for the Best Beginnings Child Care Scholarship.
